All of our digital products (like planners, templates, and downloads) are delivered instantly — no physical items will be shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available right away on the order confirmation page and sent to your email.

If you don’t see your files within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Still no email? Reach out to support@thenuemedia.com, and we’ll make sure you get your download link 💌

No shipping fees or wait times apply to digital purchases.

 

Physical Products

For physical items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping times depend on your location and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right 💫

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to international orders.
